Major Delays and Holdbacks:
After beginning preparation work, we discovered the wall had an anti-graffiti wax coating which prevented paint from bonding to the bricks. Removing and treating this surface safely required significantly more preparation time than anticipated, including the hire of a power washer and additional materials, which used a significant portion of our budget.
Poor weather contributed to further delays!, meaning the work took three times longer than we expected. Despite everything, this project has become one of our proudest achievements, go and see it today!
